1-to-1 Sessions/Plans

1-to-1 sessions or plans with an Advanced Personal Trainer completely personalised to suit your individual needs and goals. Whether you are completely new to the gym or you are a seasoned gym goer your Personal Trainer can work with you to achieve your goals. Your Personal Trainer can meet you wherever you are most comfortable training.

Couple Sessions/Plans

Fancy working out with a friend or loved one but still want all the benefits of an Advanced Personal Trainer? Well look no further! Just like the 1-to-1 sessions, your programmes will be individualised to suit you both but done in such a way that you can both train together! Your Personal Trainer will work with you both to achieve individual and couple goals.

Group Sessions/Plans

Have a group of friends or family all looking to get fit and healthy? Working out with friends or family can be a great way to bond. With the help of an Advanced Personal Trainer everybody can meet their individual goals while still enjoying that workout time as a group. All programmes will be designed to be compatible while also tailored to each indvidual in the group!

Included

Every package will include individual Client testing and screening, which will lead to a fully personalised plan, contact time with an Advanced Personal Trainer, Nutritional help and advice, as well as the ability to contact your PT by WhatsApp with any queries outside of session time.

For in Person Sessions, your PT will run your sessions wherever you feel most comfortable whether that be at home, in the park or in the gym. Indoor or outdoor sessions available. Your workout - your way!

For Plan programmes there will be regular check ins and every 4-6 week the plan will be re evaluated and updated where necessary.
